Who Does MTD apply to?

• Sole traders

• Partnerships

• Landlords

 

With a Turnover (total sales income) or gross rental income above £10,000.

 

If you have one or more sole trade business you will need a separate MTD record for each business.

 

If you have multiple properties, this will count as one rental business.
